New Metatec blog

Hi and welcome to our new blog! I’m Clem, Operations Director at Metatec Evolution an IT Solutions and IT Consultancy business and I’m a woman in IT. We have all heard of blogging and how for some bloggers the whole experience can have sensational effects! We wanted to create this blog as a way of sharing our thoughts, ideas and opinions and to share news

So for me, on this very day the idea of a blog seems exciting! Why?

Metatec are a Husband and Wife team, carving out our brand amongst all the competition out there in the big wide world and having this blog to tell our story excites me. So, focusing in on content, my main aim is to create content that people find interesting and want to read in the hope that people like my blogging style as professional, with a sprinkle of personality which keeps you interested.

So there it is, mission set and accepted with my fundamental aims being:

• Keep our readers, customer and potential customers up to date on what we’re doing
• Become a creative space to talk, share, receive and give feedback on emerging ideas
• Create topics that you, the reader wants to read, so please feel free to tell us what you want to hear about
• Build relationships with people
• Publish updates on some of our recent work
• Discuss our IT Solutions such as the upcoming GDPR Compliance Portal
• and finally, share my experiences as a Woman in IT

Though it won’t just be me blogging. Our Managing Director Matt will be popping in with some Technical inputs, ideas, visions and insights from time to time. He loves talking about Technical Architecture and the Azure designs and solutions we've worked on, the software and web applications we build and the multitude of IT Services and consultancy work we get involved in.

So, I look forward to seeing you all on the other side of my first blog entry, may it be the first of many.
